This course takes the approach of exploring our energy centres (chakras) through colour using paints and pastels, bringing balance and harmony within the body, calming the mind, and fully aligning and connecting with your heart and soul!
Explore each chakra colour through techniques corresponding to each chakra characteristic, music, sacred movement and the creative process.

Class 1: 1st Chakra- Root Chakra - Red
Class 2: 2nd Chakra -Sacral Chakra - Orange
Class 3: 3rd Chakra - Solar Plexus - Yellow
Class 4: 4th Chakra - Heart Chakra - Green
Class 5: 5th Chakra - Throat Chakra - Blue
Class 6: 6th Chakra - Third Eye Chakra - Violet
Class 7: 7th Chakra - Crown Chakra - White

Here’s what you’ll need:
Acrylic Paints (Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple and white)
Paint brushes and tools you find interesting
An art journal or papers that can hold paint (cardboard is fine too, as well as a larger piece to work on e.g. 2'X3' cardboard or canvas.
