Neurographic Drawing Neurographica was developed by Russian psychologist, Pavel Piskarev in 2015. It’s now referred to as Neurographic Art, a simple, fun, and meditative drawing practice to help process negative thoughts, emotions, and stresses to give space for them to transform and allow the body, mind, and heart to feel a sense of balance, calm, and ease. 30-60minutes
