Lynda (from Equine Leadership) and myself are excited to welcome you to this wonderful art + sound meditation with the horses workshop!
We begin with a grounding journey with the horses guided by Lynda while Tiz creates high frequency. binaural sounds using Himalayan and crystal bowls , tuning forks, and chimes. Here you will deepen into your experience and embrace the feelings and messages the horses and your intuition are revealing for you. The horses are in their stalls during the horse -sound meditation and there will be some time for one on one connection with the horses to follow..
Next, you’ll create your very own card deck (8 cards or more) taking inspiration from your experience with the horses. You’ll have access to watercolour paints, collage items, papers. fabrics and more to create your cards as well as many colourful markers to add your message -a word or phrase to each one.
You’ll leave with your own precious bundle of cards to connect with and find inspiration long after this workshop.

Sunrise Sun Gazing + Sound Journey Meditation -Full Moon in Taurus Sunday October 25th 7:30AM -9:30Am at Sherwood Farm
Enjoy the benefits of SUN GAZING as we welcome the sun as it rises on the eve of the Full Moon in Taurus at the grounds of the beautiful Sherwood Farm Retreat.
Together we will take in the morning light which cleanses and activates our pineal gland allowing for clarity and deeper connection to our truth and intuitive voice and remembering.
Next, through a deeply restorative sound journey meditation, guided by Tiz, you will be guided into a cocoon of soothing vibrations from the crystal bowls, and chimes, designed to calm the nervous system, let go of stagnant energy, and open space for new intentions to take root as we earth during this Full Moon in Taurus.
Together we pause,, breathe, and listen to the quiet wisdom within and align with the rhythm of the Earth’s heartbeat.
To complete this early morning experience, you will receive an oracle card reading and intuitive messages by Tiz.
