I created this course as a way for us all to connect to our inner rainbow—that divine light within! Chakras are the energy centres of the body. When we can understand our chakras, we can better understand ourselves and be the alchemists we are meant to be in this lifetime!
During this course, allow COLOUR to guide you along your creative process and sacred journey back to YOU.
Through each chakra colour we explore to clear, and let go of any blocks so that you can open up completely to your BEing and accept with an open heart, the gifts and blessings you are so meant to receive from this spectacular life! It is time to claim your abundance now!

This course takes the approach of exploring our energy centres (chakras) through colour using paints and pastels, bringing balance and harmony within the body, calming the mind, and fully aligning and connecting with your heart and soul!
Explore each chakra colour through techniques corresponding to each chakra characteristic, music, sacred movement and the creative process.

FEB 19TH Class 1: 1st Chakra- Root Chakra - Red
FEB 26TH Class 2: 2nd Chakra -Sacral Chakra - Orange
MAR 5TH Class 3: 3rd Chakra - Solar Plexus - Yellow
MAR 12TH Class 4: 4th Chakra - Heart Chakra - Green
MAR 19TH Class 5: 5th Chakra - Throat Chakra - Blue
MAR 26TH Class 6: 6th Chakra - Third Eye Chakra - Violet
APR 2ND Class 7: 7th Chakra - Crown Chakra - White
APRIL 9TH Class 8 Unifying, Integrating - Bringing it all Together
Here’s what you’ll need:
Acrylic Paints (Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple and white)
Paint brushes of varying sizes and any tools you find interesting (toothpicks, an old gift card, a skewer /chopsticks etc)
Papers that can hold paint (cardboard is fine too, as well as a larger piece to work on e.g. 2'X3' cardboard or canvas.
An email will be sent to you a week before the start of the course with more details regarding materials, setting up your space, the structure of each class, and the zoom link.
