Yoga with Tiz - 9:30am Thursdays at Sherwood Farm Retreat
Enjoy a calming, energizing and nourishing yoga class led by Tiz on Thursdays at 9:30am at the beautiful Sherwood Fram Retreat in King City.
You will learn breath techniques and movements of the spine to stretch and strengthen the body. In addition, while breathing consciously in coherence with movement, become aware and witness your sensations and feelings and deeply connect to your mind, heart, and spirit.

About Tiz’s Yoga Classes:
Tiziana D'Angelo is a Kripalu yoga teacher (RYT 200hr) who loves all the benefits of yoga for the body-mind-spirit, providing you with full support and gentle guidance in each class.
Students are encouraged to commit to attending classes from the beginning of each session to gain the full benefits of yoga.
Kripalu Yoga
Kripalu Yoga is known as the yoga of compassion. It places emphasis on meditation, physical health and harmony as well as spiritual transformation that overflows from the yoga mat into our daily life. Kripalu Yoga helps us tune in to our thoughts without judging and instead to accept ourselves fully and completely with gentle, loving-kindness. It is a gentle yoga where we encourage students to listen to the wisdom of the body in each moment and move at their own pace. It is ideal for people of all ages and abilities and it helps us face any challenges we are going through with ease. Each student finds their own level of practice on a given day by looking inward. We begin with pranayama (breathing exercises) to check in and tune in with ourselves, adding gentle stretches followed by a series of dynamic asana (postures) which sometimes become a meditation in motion. Class concludes in stillness, ending with savasana, our final relaxation and surrendering pose.
