Enjoy a 2 hour nourishing Sound Journey Meditation + creative experience to slow down, reset the nervous system, and reconnect to yourself.
During this late morning experience, we begin with a 20-minute bilateral drawing experience — a gentle, meditative practice using both hands that supports emotional release, nervous system regulation as it brings balance to both the right and left brain hemisphers, and allows for more creative flow.
Next, through a deeply restorative sound journey meditation, guided by Tiz, you will be guided into a cocoon of soothing vibrations from the crystal bowls, and chimes, designed to calm the nervous system, let go of stagnant energy, and open space for new intentions to take root.
Together with your babies, we pause,, breathe, and listen to the quiet wisdom within and align with the rhythm of our earth mother’s heartbeat.
To complete the day, you will receive an oracle card reading (optional) by Tiz and allow for some time to share anything on your heart and from this experience.
