Enjoy a Sound Journey Meditation as we welcome in the May New Moon.

During the evening, we begin with a 20-minute bilateral drawing experience — a gentle, meditative practice using both hands that supports emotional release, nervous system regulation as it brings balance to both the right and left brain hemisphers, and allows for more creative flow. Next, through a deeply restorative sound journey meditation, you will be guided into a cocoon of soothing vibrations from the crystal bowls, and chimes, designed to calm the nervous system, let go of stagnant energy, and open space for new intentions to take root.
Together we pause,, breathe, and listen to the quiet wisdom within and align with the rhythm of the Earth awakening around us.
Next, get comfy under your blanket as you enjoy a 1 hour long sound journey as Tiz intuitively guides you in a relaxing and rejuvenating Sound meditation.
You will receive an oracle card reading by Tiz to compete the evening and share anything from your experience if you with to share.
