Lynda (from Equine Leadership) and myself would love to welcome you to this wonderful art + meditation with the horses workshop!
We begin with a grounding meditation with the horses guided by Lynda. Here you will embrace the feelings and messages the horses are revealing for you. There will be some time for journaling. Next, you’ll create your very own card deck (8 cards or more) taking inspiration from your experience with the horses. You’ll have access to watercolour paints, collage items, papers. fabrics and more to create your cards as well as many colourful markers to add a word or phrase to each one. You’ll leave with your own precious bundle of cards to connect with and find inspiration long after this workshop.
